Tasks
- Provide high-quality customer service to ColliCare customers
- Manage administrative tasks such as customer data management in CRM programs, documentation management, reporting, and other similar tasks related to the customer service process
- Handle customer claims
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of working experience in customer service operations.
- Language: English (written and verbally), Swedish(written and verbally),
- A proactive, can-do attitude and result-oriented personality;
- Service-minded
