We are looking to hire a Customer Service Specialist. The expect the ideal applicant has experience in a similar position. Also, we expect that you are self-motivated, curious, and have a twinkle in your eye and a desire to improve and develop the processes. You thrive in a hectic and varied working environment focusing on customer value.

Tasks

  • Provide high-quality customer service to ColliCare customers
  • Manage administrative tasks such as customer data management in CRM programs, documentation management, reporting, and other similar tasks related to the customer service process
  • Handle customer claims 

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of working experience in customer service operations.
  • Language: English (written and verbally), Swedish(written and verbally),
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and result-oriented personality;
  • Service-minded
